Scatter several cone markers around the warm-up area, at least one per player, random distance between markers, min 10yds, max 20yds.1)
1. Start off with players jogging from marker to marker, they do a 360' turn as they reach each marker
2) Player side steps to left to 1st marker (Clapping hands above head), player side steps to the right to 2nd marker, and so on alternating left, right from marker to marker
3) Players bring their knees up as they jog to 1st marker, kick heels up to butt (they can put their hands behind them and kick their hands) as they jog to 2nd marker, then alternating between markers
4) Player touches ground with left hand at 1st marker, player touches the ground with right hand at 2nd marker, player touches the ground with both hands at 3rd marker, jumps to head ball at 4th marker, and so on from marker to marker
5) Player jogs to 1st marker, sprints at half-pace to 2nd marker and so on alternating between markers
6) Player jogs to 1st marker, sprints at half-pace to 2nd marker, sprints at full pace to 3rd marker, and so on from marker to marker.
Next move to some ball workPlayers in two groups facing each other, about 20 yds apart, 1st player in one group has a ballPlayer with ball passes to 1st player in opposite groupa nd sprints to end of oposite group,
1) receiving player takes 1st touch across body before passing back with other foot (encourage receiving ball with foot the ball is played to)
2) receiving player takes 1st touch outside body line and passes to next player with same foot(encourage receiving ball with foot the ball is played to)
3) One touch passing
4) Move the players a bit further apart, say 30yds. For ease of explanation I'll call the groups A and B so players will be 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B etc., 1A has the ball1A passes to 1B, 1A moves forward about 5 yds at an angle (say to his right) 1B receives the ball and plays a return pass to 1A, 1B moves to his right at an angle, 1A plays a return pass to 1B who plays the ball to 2A, 1A goes to the back of group B, 1B goes to the back of group ANOTE: Players need to hold their runs otherwise if 1A moves too far forward and 1B moves too far forward then 1A will be passing the ball backwards.
5) Same as above but players move to their left after the 1st pass.
6) Players form a circle, 2 players in the middle, circle keepaway. Make sure the players inthe middle work as a pair, make sure they close down quickly, make sure every player has a turn in the middle. REALLY INCREASE THE INTENSITY AT THIS POINT
You can if you want take you GK and forwards aside at point 6and do a specialised warm-up for them

That's almost exactly what we used to do at college tournaments. Nice tips coach!
